Equity allocation (proposed)
50% of company equity is allocated to the investor pool and distributed among investors in proportion to their investment amount and duration. The founder retains 50%.
Profit sharing (proposed)
70% of total profit is shared among investors (pro-rata by investment amount and duration). 30% is retained by the founder.
Withdrawals
- Withdraw your full principal after your chosen duration completes.
- Prefer to stay invested? You can withdraw your profit monthly — starting after the first 6 months of your investment.
- Need to exit early? You can withdraw your principal before your term ends, but in that case you receive only your principal back, with no profit.
